Overview
August 2016 - May 2017
For my first internship, I had the opportunity to work with Deep Roots Bible Studies for two semester. During the first semester, I was the Business Management intern and took the position as Business Administrator for the next semester. Because Deep Roots Bible Studies, now Sho.Resh Bible, is a start-up company, I was able to create a plethora of different Excel sheets that analyzed the companies trends and products, as well as put together documents that compiled the company's data.
All data was pulled from CreateSpace, Shopify, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Pinterest Analytics, YouTube Analytics, and WEBSTA.
Reflection
My time at Sho.Resh Bible was extremely fun because I was able to apply what I had been learning at Biola University (SWOT analysis) and immediately apply it to a company. I did not have much guidance, however, because my boss was not a business major. Thus, although I am confident in all of my work, I would have liked to have a mentor that can verify that my work is accurate.
