2019
Growing up in Southern California, I've quickly learned the true art of having a work-life balance. After all, how can one treat themselves to a famous Disneyland churro if you're stuck at home buried in work?
I have always had a passion for leading and equipping others to achieve their goals. Through my various roles as Drum Major for the Rowland Raider Regiment, Business Administrator for Sho.resh Bible, and Junior Production Manager at Biola University- Enrollment, Marketing, Communications, I have learned to embrace my strengths and utilize them in a way that is beneficial to me and others that I am working with.
My career goal is to work as an Account Director in a Marketing Agency. I love connecting with clients as well as being apart of the strategic marketing plans that help further my client's brand. I recently accepted a position at one&All Agency as an Account Coordinator. So, I'm on my way there and I'm extremely excited for this opportunity.
As much as I love being in the office, you can probably catch me playing volleyball, taking a road trip to San Diego, or grabbing boba with friends on my time off.

Activator
I love turning thoughts into action by heading new assignments. You will always find me "on the go" because I am eager to produce results at a quick pace. Along with this comes my strong capability to work independently and make swift decisions. Even though I am passionate about completing a work start to finish, I will never take shortcuts to do so; I care about the process just as much as the product.
Discipline
Whether I'm working, studying, or even traveling, I enjoy routine and structure. I am able to recall both major and minor details, appointments, itineraries, and deadlines. Staying organized and finding ways to be more efficient is important to me because it frees my mind to deal with unexpected problems and special opportunities.
Communication
I find it easy to put my thoughts into words. I also like sharing my insights with others and listening to their opinions. I take pleasure in actively participating in conversations as long as group members propose ideas, seek solutions, or debate issues. I am very comfortable presenting and talking in front of large groups.
Strategic
Being strategic means that I create alternative ways to proceed through problems; I spot patterns and issues to quickly solve the situation. I take prevailing circumstances, available resources, budgetary constraints, and/or pressing deadlines into consideration when generating options. My ability to do so not only allows others to see alternate solutions, but also helps weigh the pros and cons of each circumstance to make a decision.
Woo
I derive satisfaction from breaking the ice and making a connection with another person. Whether I'm meeting a stranger or meeting up with an old friend, I am able to put them at ease. I have an open personality, allowing me to make friends anywhere I go. I enjoy socializing and discovering as much as I can about the people I meet.
