For my Organizational Behavior class, my team and I presented on Patagonia's corporate culture. By focusing on their strengths and weaknesses, we were able pinpoint various concepts like organic structure, corporate social responsibility, and diversity in the workplace.
When we finished the project, we presented our findings to our class and professor as well as had a Q&A session about our recommendations.
Reflection
Due to limited time on this project, my team and I were not able to dive deep into Patagonia's culture. Most of our sources were from secondary sources. If I had the option to redo this project, I would make sure I have time to visit Patagonia's office. By observing their workplace and workflow, I would be able to give better recommendations to their company.
