Overview
October - November 2018
In this presentation, my group and I researched Generation Z's characteristics and qualities. The goal of this project was to learn how to work effectively with this generational group so that we could recommend strategies to future employers.
Upon completion, this Keynote presentation was delivered to our Organizational Behavior class, taught by Jake Aguas.

Reflection
Due to limited time on this project, our team was not able to do in-depth research on this generational group. I would have liked to conduct interviews and observe GenZ's in the workplace to better understand their strengths and weaknesses.
However, we were provided with guidance from Professor Aguas who has done extensive research on this topic. His most recent work can be found here.
